The Mentoring Subgroup is a group of adults in the community dedicated to supporting the works of the Valley Mentoring Program.  Their duties include:

1.  Assist the mentoring coordinator in recruiting volunteer mentors and mentees!

2.  Assist the mentoring coordinator in planning mentoring activities, community service activities, appreciation parties, and other projects.

3.  Increase community awareness about the positive effects of mentoring on the community and the importance of mentoring relationships to youth.

4.  Provide input and support to the mentoring coordinator

5.  Attend meetings every other month!
